Biografia

Alessandro Zucchi was born in 1966, graduated from a ‘Liceo’ specialising in scientific studies and then obtained a degree in Agricultural Sciences at the University of Bologna.
As Alessandro grew up, he developed a passion for the environment and widened his knowledge with various courses, such as:
- One-year training course as "Environmental Expert for Business"
- CSQA course: "The quality system and the ISO 9000 standards for the agri-food sector"
- ANGQ course: "Haccp: Self-control systems in company practice"
- ANGQ course: "Environmental Auditor (ISO 14000 and EMAS Regulation)”

Alessandro then began to approach the world of work and for three years he has been in charge of raw materials and production at a barley and wheat malt-house.
As part of his professional career, Alessandro worked as a freelance consultant in occupational safety and food hygiene.
He then worked as quality and sales manager in a cereal farming cooperative.

As a freelancer, he also works as an agro-technical consultant specialised in the implementation of sustainable supply chains and production in the cereal sector.
In February 2019, Alessandro joined the Molini Pivetti family with the role of Head of supply chain projects.
