Biografia

Hi! I am Antonio Boscia, I started to know the world of catering as a kid, in a small caffee shop run by my father. A few years later, in 2007, my father decided to buy a pizzeria in Guidizzolo, near Mantua, called Miss Pizza and it was there that I started to get “my hands on the dough”.

Kneading I was and I an happy!

Growing up, I found myself working in 8 different pizzerias around Europe.

Until, in 2015, I decided to face my biggest challenge, to take over the historic pizzeria in Villafranca di Verona. Here born my, ARTE BIANCA, on January 15th 2016. It was not easy to go from employee to owner but those difficulties made me grow! Today, after more than 5 years, a second pizzeria opened in Mantua, a continuous personal training and a lasting collaboration with some large companies in the food sector, I can feel proud of what I have done, but with still a great desire to grow professionally, learn and have fun.
